Forged Steel Balls Production Process

　Steel balls can be divided into two types according to processing methods:

　　1. Cast steel balls: mainly use scrap steel as raw materials. After the materials are melted, they are poured into molds and then cooled and shaped.

　　2. Forged steel balls: use specific round steel produced by steel mills as raw materials, heated to a certain temperature by modern electric furnaces, and then forged and processed the raw materials by air hammer and other equipment, and then quenched and tempered to make it qualitative.
