The disadvantage is that the fire consumption is large, generally for 3.2%-4.0%, the depth of the decarburization layer on the surface of the steel ball; the second type is a gas heating furnace (natural gas, coal gas, heavy oil, etc.), which is characterized by high labor efficiency and moderate fire consumption, generally 1.2%-2.5 %, the disadvantage is that it is necessary to strictly grasp the characteristics of the gas furnace and its safe operation; the third is the electric furnace heating method, which is characterized by fast heating, high output, environmental protection, low labor intensity, and low fire consumption, generally at 0.8%— 1.5%, the disadvantage is that the operating procedures must be strictly controlled, and the heating sensor should be replaced in time.
