When the particle size of the material is small and the grindability is good, it is advisable to use multi-level ball distribution, because it is important to increase the number of impacts of the steel ball at this time. On the contrary, when the particle size of the material is large and the strength is high, it is the key to improve the impact force of the steel ball, so the use of two-stage ball distribution can show obvious advantages.
The effect of the two types of ball distribution is greatly affected by the change of the material. The multi-stage ball distribution is more sensitive to the change of the material, and the output of the ball mill fluctuates greatly. The two-stage ball distribution is less sensitive to the change of materials, and the output is relatively stable. That is to say, when the grindability of the material is better, the increase in the output of multi-stage ball distribution is higher than that of two-stage ball distribution. Conversely, the decline in the production of multi-level ball distribution is more than that of two-level ball distribution. Therefore, multi-level ball distribution is suitable for materials with small particle size and good grindability, and two-level ball distribution is suitable for materials with large particle size and poor grindability.
