The fourth stage: From 1991 to 2004, the process technology gradually matured, and the products went to the world. Carbon steel, combined steel and even bainite steel balls began to be researched and entered the market. There was a systematic steel ball quenching process. The equipment for making spiral devices uses salt bath tempering technology, and pioneered the upgrading stage of technological transformation, gradually changing from the traditional coal heating method to - gas generator - heavy oil heating furnace - natural gas heating furnace - electric furnace production process;

In the first three stages, especially the first and second stages, ball mills over 6m have just started, and mines are gradually rising. Therefore, after 2000, the real stage of steel ball production and quality began.

The fifth stage: 2005-2010, driven by industrialized production and increased production, my country's steel balls are gradually recognized by the world's large mines, going to the world, and starting to take a scientific path;

The sixth stage: from 2010 to the present, the development is very fast. Taking Zhangqiu, the forging town of Shandong as an example, from the annual output of 10,000 tons in 2000, it has reached more than 300,000 tons after more than ten years of development. Constantly refreshed, the material is constantly optimized, the mills used in mines are constantly increasing, and the requirements for steel balls are also increasing with the times.
