Production of Grinding Ball Media Production Line

1. After the round steel bar is inspected, it is cut into a steel ball blank according to the length of the fixed length.
2. The steel ball billet is heated to a suitable temperature in a continuous heating furnace before rolling.
3. After the billet in red hot state is sent into the steel ball rolling mill, it rotates and advances between two rolls with special spiral pass, and is continuously rolled into steel balls. Each steel ball mill can roll 60~120 steel balls per minute.
4. The red-hot steel balls immediately enter the on-line thermal treatment after rolling, and then undergo quenching and secondary thermal treatment, so that the steel balls can obtain high and uniform hardness.
5. Hot-rolled, wear-resistant steel balls are a brand-new rolling process technology, a technological breakthrough in the ball milling ball manufacturing industry, and are gradually replacing cast steel balls.
