D20-80MM hot rolling mill:

1. Main motor is horizontal, two rollers is set up on left & right.each roller have single drive, the guiding plate is set up on up & down.
2. Main body of hot rolling mill is composed by rolling device body,rollers,drum unit,side pressure device,feed angle adjusting device,roller lock device,up guiding plate,down guiding plate and entrance guide sleeve devices, etc.
3. Main body of hot rolling mill is welt by steel plate. The rolling force on roller, is transferred by pressure screws and pressure nuts of drum units,side pressure device.
4. Rollers are interchangable parts, set on left & right drum unit, can slide in the main body of hot rolling mill. Roller box is made by casting & overall structural designed. Rolling centerline is fixed,we can adjust the roller set up on drum unit toward the centerline through side pressure device, the adjust method is manual.
5. The angle of both rollers can be stepless adjusted 1-5 degrees by adjusting device.also, we can adjust the upper guiding plate which is fixed on the shaft towards centerline by the side pressure device of upper guiding plate, the adjustment mothod is electric motor.the motor through two reducers, get the distance between up guiding plate and down guiding plate.
6. Roller lock device will offer enough pressure to rollers and make sure there is no gap to set up in body of rolling device.

A: It usually takes about 90 working days to produce 1 set. But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time.
