Designed Flow
The entire line is composed by:
1. Heating system: Induction furnace
Energy media: Electricty;
Purpose: Heat on the round steel rod to requested temperature like 850-950 degrees upon different ball size;
2.Hot rolling machine
Purpose: Make the balls from heated steel rod by screw rolling machine and unique mold;
3.Slow cooling system
Purpose: Cool the balls after hot rolled to right temperature before quenching;
4. Quenching system
Purpose: Send the "cooled" balls to quenching system for water quenching treatment & 2nd quenching by our unique design quenching chemical;
5.Tempering furnace: online automatic continuous tempering furnace, or box type tempering furnace
Purpose: Let the balls after quenching treatment get tempering treatment in our special designed tempering furnace
25-40mm: You can use box type tempering furnace, OR tempering drum;
40-60mm: Must use box type tempering furnace;
60-80mm: Use online automatic continuous tempering furnace
6. Cooling plate
Purpose: The big plate will stock the balls after tempering, let the ball have enough time to cool to room temperature
