Designed Flow

1.Induction furnace heating and hot cutting progress

2.Magic hand feeding the cutted hot steel rod pieces into quick hammer machine

3.First forged balls go into rolling machine for better ball shape

4.Good shape balls go into quick cooling system

5.Cooled steel ball go into induction reheating furnace for reheating treatment, then go into heat preserving furnace.

6.Reheated balls after heat preserving will go for quenching treatment.

7.The quenching balls will cool to room temperature, then do tempering treatment in our unique designed tempering furnace.
